Responsabilidades

• Assist store management with daily operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Manage and maintain store supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring they are available and in good working order.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and assist with payroll-related administration.
• Support inventory management processes, including receiving, stock counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store.
• Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to manage orders and deliveries.
• Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and store policies.
• Contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and procedures.
