Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Retail Operations Coordinator to support our Richards Bay operations. The role ensures smooth retail activities across multiple store locations with a mix of on-site and remote work in KwaZulu-Natal.

You will coordinate policies, manage inventory movements, and support store teams to meet performance goals, while liaising with vendors and generating operational reports for KPI insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail operations or administrative support role.
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain and inventory management processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and retail management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of operational policies across all retail outlets.
• Manage and track inventory movements, including transfers between stores and warehouse logistics.
• Support store teams with operational queries, troubleshooting issues related to systems and processes.
• Assist in planning and executing store audits and compliance checks.
• Develop and maintain operational reports, highlighting KPIs and areas for improvement.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
