Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving stock, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy.
• Support the Store Manager in creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ensure prompt and accurate replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and procedures in Paarl, Western Cape .
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient store environment.
