Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving stock, processing returns, and conducting periodic stock checks.
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and resolve discrepancies in orders.
• Support the implementation of in-store promotions and merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain store records and generate operational reports as required.
• Facilitate communication between store staff and management, both onsite and remotely.
• Assist with staff scheduling and timekeeping documentation.
• Manage store supplies and ensure operational readiness.
• Process customer service inquiries and support the sales team.
• Suggest and support process improvements to boost efficiency.
