Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to achieve targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage in line with company standard.
• People management including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering our customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.
