Job summary

TFG (The Foschini Group) in South Africa is seeking a Store Leader to drive turnover and manage expenses while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will implement merchandising standards, develop staff, and uphold our customer service strategy to meet shopper demands.

With at least 3 years of retail experience and 1 year in store leadership, you will coach teams, monitor KPIs, and balance risk with shrinkage controls to protect company assets.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets.
• Controlling expenses.
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management.
• Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers.
