TFG is seeking a store leadership professional in the Eastern Cape, on-site. The role focuses on driving turnover, managing expenses and stock loss, and leading staff through recruitment, development, and performance management.

You will implement merchandising standards, deliver the customer service strategy, and ensure customer satisfaction while building leadership capabilities within the team.

Formación

• Matric certificate is required.
• At least 3 years in retail with minimum 1 year in store leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Drive turnover to achieve targets.
• Control expenses and manage stock losses to company standards.
• People management including recruitment, development, ER and performance.
• Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the customer service strategy.
