Job summary

Clicks Group in Centurion seeks an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

You will oversee merchandising, schedule staff per labour policy, control expenses, and build strong relationships with centre managers, suppliers and HR to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial management principles.
• Strong retail/FMCG background.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and IR practices.
• Competency-based interviewing skills.
• Computer literacy and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales and monitor daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Manage store operations, expenses, stock, shrinkage and admin.
• Lead in-store execution of merchandising and brand presentation.
• Schedule staff and ensure compliance with labour policies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
