Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Gauteng to lead the store operations, deliver sales and compliance targets, and drive exceptional customer service. You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for stock control, merchandising, staff scheduling and daily administration.

The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, achieving financial performance, and maintaining brand standards to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Remuneration is market related.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with maths and English as minimum
• Store management experience in retail/FMCG
• Financial management experience including budgets and P&L statements

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet sales, profit and compliance targets.
• Efficiently manage stock, shrinkage, and general administration.
• Schedule staff per labour model and ensure optimal staffing.
• Drive customer service initiatives and maintain brand standards.
• Develop and coach employees to build capability.
