Qualifications

• Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
• Financial management experience (budgets, profit and loss, financial ratios, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and IR practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximise sales, track daily, weekly and monthly targets, and take action as needed.
• Efficiently manage store operations, including expenses, stock, shrinkage and admin.
• Lead in-store visual merchandising to maintain brand image and standards.
• Schedule staff in line with labour policy to ensure full, appropriate staffing.
• Foster excellent customer service initiatives to boost loyalty and club card participation.
• Build relationships with centre managers, suppliers and HR to achieve objectives.
• Monitor customer trends and competitor activity to capitalise on opportunities.
