About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sports Event Coordinator to manage and execute a variety of sporting events in and around Rustenburg . You will be responsible for all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization and budgeting to logistics and post-event analysis. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and volunteers to ensure successful and memorable event experiences. You will contribute to enhancing the local sports scene by delivering high-quality events that engage the community and participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute sports events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
• Develop event budgets and manage expenses effectively to stay within financial targets.
• Coordinate with venue management, catering services, security, and other vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive event attendance and participation.

Requirements
