Placements24 seeks a Specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on engineering to source and place highly skilled professionals across mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical engineering. The role is based in Paarl with hybrid flexibility to engage with clients in the broader Western Cape.

You will manage full lifecycle recruitment, implement targeted sourcing strategies, and conduct detailed technical interviews to assess qualifications.

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a demonstrated specialization in placing engineering professionals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred.
