About the Role

Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Engineering roles to join their team in Stellenbosch, Western Cape . This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and placing top engineering talent across various disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and chemical engineering. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with engineering clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of the engineering division. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the engineering sector, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. Working primarily from our Stellenbosch, Western Cape office, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions, from client intake to candidate placement.
• Source and attract highly qualified engineering professionals through various channels, including professional networks, job boards, and direct sourcing.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with engineering clients, understanding their specific technical needs and company culture.
