Placements24 is seeking a Technical Recruitment Consultant based in Paarl, Western Cape, operating on a hybrid model. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in manufacturing and engineering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations to secure strong placements.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in technical recruitment, strong client relationship skills, and proficiency with ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or engineering sectors.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for technical roles in manufacturing and engineering.

• Based in or able to commute to Paarl, Western Cape .
