Job summary

Outsource X is seeking a Customer Service Agent to support Spanish-speaking clients for a UK-based SaaS client. You will handle inquiries, escalations, and ticket processing with a focus on compassionate, proactive service.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer support, working in a multinational environment, and fluency in Spanish (C1/C2). It is an in-office position located in a multinational team setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
• Experience in multinational environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming client contacts and escalations with compassion and proactivity to prioritise their needs and provide solutions.
• Process both client-generated and internal service request tickets within specified delivery times.
• Provide administrative support to certify client details and correct information in our client database.
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
