Job summary

Outsource-X South Africa is seeking a Portuguese Written Customer Support Agent to support UK-based SaaS clients from our Somerset West office. You will be the first point of contact, communicating in Portuguese and English as part of a multinational team of language professionals.

The role requires 1-2 years in customer support, and the work schedule is 09:00–18:00 with shift rotation. This office-based position is ideal for a proactive communicator in a dynamic, Europe-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles, preferably multinational.
• Portuguese proficiency at C1/C2 required; English at B2.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client contacts and escalations with proactive, compassionate service to solve problems.
• Process client-generated and internal service tickets within set delivery times.
• Provide administrative support to verify client details and correct data in the client database.
• Be flexible to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Leader.
