Job summary

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage spa reservations in line with service standards. You will coordinate bookings, assist guests with information on facilities, and support smooth spa operations at The Twelve Apostles Hotel premises.

Qualifications

Grade 12 education is required.
2 years’ reception experience in a 4/5* hotel or spa establishment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with a Spa Management System.
Highly presentable with strong communication skills in English.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Take, record and confirm spa reservations on Premier Spa in line with standards.
Respond to reception e-mails on the day of receipt by close of business.
Reconcile and drop-save daily cash and card receipts per cash-up procedures.
Maximise revenue opportunities through product retailing while enhancing guest service.
Orientate spa guests about facilities and amenities per brand standards.
Complete daily administrative and shift preparation tasks for the Spa.
