The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist/Back-up Therapist at The Twelve Apostles Hotel in Camps Bay. You will welcome spa guests, manage reservations and assist with spa services as needed.

Applicants should have 2+ years spa experience, strong English skills, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays. This part-time role offers opportunities for professional development and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• At least 2 years of spa experience.
• Computer literate with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with ESP or Premier booking systems is advantageous.
• International spa qualification (Itec, Cidesco) preferred.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure.
• Premier system knowledge is an advantage.
• Highly presentable for front-of-house spa roles.
• Able to perform spa treatments when required.
• Flexible working hours incl. weekends/public holidays.
• Camps Bay, Western Cape: willing to relocate or commute.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests and manage reservations.
• Assist with spa treatments when required.
• Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping and Kitchen as needed.
• Support the Spa team and ensure a smooth guest experience.
