Job summary

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection’s Twelve Apostles Hotel in Cape Town invites a Front Office professional to warmly welcome guests and coordinate their stay. You will communicate guest requirements to hotel staff, manage guest profiles, and ensure accurate cash handling and timely administration, with knowledge of Symphony.

Knowledge of MS Office is a plus. This role requires shift flexibility, weekends and public holidays, and a professional, presentable appearance.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• Hospitality Diploma preferred; 2 years in a 5* hotel or 1 year in 5* Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and coordinate special requests.
• Communicate guest information to hotel staff.
• Manage cash accurately and keep records.
• Handle administrative duties timely and accurately.
• Maintain and update guest profiles.
