Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a spa environment or similar setting.
• Proficiency with spa booking systems and POS cash handling.
• Strong communication and upselling abilities.
• Ability to manage appointments with accuracy and discretion.
• Knowledge of spa services and products; health and safety compliant.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
• Answer calls, messages, and emails promptly with courtesy.
• Assist guests with bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide information about services, promotions, and packages.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash handling.
• Maintain tidy reception and accurate client records.
• Upsell treatments and retail products to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate with therapists and housekeeping for smooth operations.
• Track daily sales, appointments, and therapist schedules.
