Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in spa or similar role in a 4/5-star property is preferred.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
• Flexibility to work shifts is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guests’ consultation records with Therapists.
• Manage daily opening/closing procedures and staff schedules.
• Handle billing procedures at reception and reconcile funds.
• Schedule spa reservations and monitor treatment availability.
• Assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory reporting.
• Provide warm, professional guest relations and a high standard of service.
• Act as Duty Manager when required and oversee spa operations.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are followed and staff are trained.
