Placements24 seeks a Retail Bank Manager to lead the Soweto branch in Gauteng, on-site. You will guide the branch team, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and oversee daily banking operations in a busy community setting.

The ideal candidate holds a BA in business/finance with 5+ years in retail banking, including supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to foster a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in retail banking with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Oversee all branch operations including opening/closing, cash management, and security.
• Drive sales of bank products and services and expand customer relationships.
• Implement and enforce policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
