Placements24 is seeking a proactive Social Support Facilitator for a remote contract. You will connect clients with housing, welfare and employment resources, assess needs, and support timely access to services in and around the Nelspruit region.

The role requires a qualification in Social Work or related field, strong communication and empathy, and the ability to manage a caseload remotely. Remote, flexible work setup and remote collaboration with local providers are part of the job.

Formación

• Qualification in Social Work, Community Development or related field required.
• Experience in social work, community support or case management desired.
• Strong understanding of welfare systems and available resources.
• Excellent communication, active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with computers, internet and remote communication tools.
• Able to manage a caseload remotely with empathy and organisation.
• Familiarity with Mpumalanga community needs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Requirements
