Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the construction site office.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including site diaries, delivery notes, timesheets, and safety documentation.
- Process invoices, requisitions, and other site-related financial documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for site personnel, including travel arrangements and accommodation if necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, liaising with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the site office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
Requirements- Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
- Knowledge of basic construction terminology and processes is an advantage.

What Are We Looking For? You do not need to have formally studied Document Control. We are looking for someone who has had some workplace exposure to the function and would like to develop further in this field.
Ideally, you will have:
- 13 years general working experience with exposure to document control, project administration or technical administration
- Some understanding of document registers, filing, revision control, drawings or transmittals
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- The discipline to follow established procedures
- A genuine interest in developing a career in Document Control
Experience with
Aconex, SharePoint, SAP DMS or another EDMS would be advantageous, as would exposure to engineering, EPCM, construction, mining or industrial projects.
