Homechoice is a leading South African homeware retailer seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional showroom experience and convert visits into sales through effective product demonstrations, needs analysis, and accurate order processing.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the full purchase journey including payments and after-sales processes. Prior retail experience and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 / Matric.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers on the showroom floor to understand their needs and convert interactions into sales.
• Demonstrate products effectively, communicate features and promotions aligned to the catalogue.
• Capture orders, process payments, refunds, and credits accurately and timeously.
• Maintain showroom standards and merchandising, ensure accurate pricing and promotions.
