homechoice is a leading South African homeware retailer. The Sales Associate role focuses on delivering an exceptional showroom experience by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, and driving sales through accurate order processing.

You will manage frontline sales, customer service, and administration while upholding store standards and supporting the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Customer-facing sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Homewares retail experience is advantageous.
• Clear credit and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-showroom customer experience and convert visits into sales.
• Demonstrate products, communicate features and pricing clearly, and process orders accurately.
• Maintain stock presentation, handle basic administrative tasks, and support showroom standards.
• Assist with promotions, campaigns and activations and support the Store Supervisor and Manager.
