You will demonstrate products, communicate features, pricing, and promotions from the current catalogue, while processing orders and handling payments accurately. The role focuses on frontline sales, customer service, administration, and adherence to standards to support the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Customer-facing experience in a target-driven environment.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional showroom customer experiences to convert visits into sales.
• Demonstrate products and communicate features, pricing, and promotions from the current catalogue.
• Capture orders, payments, refunds, and credits accurately and timeously.
• Maintain stock and showroom standards with clean merchandising and floor replenishment.
• Follow policies, procedures and cash handling protocols.
