Job summary

Homechoice in Krugersdorp is looking for a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-showroom customer experience by converting visits into sales through product demonstrations, needs analysis, and accurate order processing.

You will focus on frontline sales, customer service, administration, and adherence to standards, supporting the Store Supervisor and Showroom Manager to achieve sales and service outcomes, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12/Matric.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Customer-facing sales in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers on the showroom floor to understand their needs and convert interactions into sales.
• Demonstrate products effectively, communicating features, benefits, pricing and promotions.
• Capture customer orders, payments, refunds, and credits accurately, and maintain compliant documentation.
• Maintain stock and showroom standards, assist with floor replenishment and merchandising.
• Follow policies and escalate risks or issues to the Store Supervisor.
