Job summary

Hyundai Bloemfontein is seeking an organized Administrator: Service Advisor (Non-Technical) to join the service team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and providing administrative support to scheduling, billing, and service history updates.

You will greet customers, explain service recommendations, prepare work orders, coordinate with technicians, manage parts orders, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely and professional service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with scheduling service appointments
• Communicate with customers to explain service recommendations and costs
• Prepare work orders and ensure accurate billing and invoicing
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of service work
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
