Freerecruit in Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Administrator to join the Service Department. You will handle service bookings, liaise with customers on progress, and perform day-to-day service administration in a busy motor dealership environment.

The ideal candidate has previous service-advisor or service-administration experience, strong communication skills, and solid computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor and/or Service Administration experience.
• Motor dealership experience advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service bookings and vehicle-related queries.
• Liaise with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Assist with Service Department administration.
• Prepare and maintain relevant documentation.
• Assist with job cards, bookings and general service administration.
• Liaise with workshop staff regarding vehicle progress.
• Ensure customer and vehicle information is accurately captured.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries.
• General administrative duties within the Service Department
