Job summary

Westline Staffing Solutions seeks a Service Advisor/After Sales Consultant in Stellenbosch to deliver a professional service experience. You will coordinate between customers, parts and service departments to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing for arrivals, initial consultations, updating the Dealer Management System, tracking vehicles, liaising with customers, handling invoices, and handing over vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience in an Automotive Dealership
• Drivers license, own transport
• Completed Certificated Service Advisor Training would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the arrival of the customer
• Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
• Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
• Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
• Liaise with customers on regular basis throughout service
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Vehicle hand over
• Customer follow up and reminders
• The incumbent should display a passion for dealing with people and should continuously strive to promote a professional business image. The incumbent must assist fellow employees wherever possible and promote the services and products that the business has to offer. The incumbent should offer the Customer an overall service experience which exceeds his/her expectations.
