We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team and act as the vital link between our discerning clients and our master technicians.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our business and the guardian of our customers' trust. You will manage the entire service journey from the moment a client arrives until they drive away satisfied . This is not just a scheduling job; it requires technical knowledge, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Liaison: Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately record vehicle issues and requirements .
• Estimation & Advice: Prepare accurate, transparent estimates for services and repairs, clearly explaining the necessary work and costs to high-value clients .
• Workshop Coordination: Act as the bridge between customers and the workshop. Liaise with technicians to communicate diagnostic findings and ensure smooth workflow .
• Customer Communication: Proactively update clients on service progress, delays, and any additional work required. Obtain clear authorisation for all work .
• Administration: Create and manage job cards, maintain meticulous service records, and handle invoicing with precision .
• Upselling: Ethically identify and suggest additional value-add services (e.g., brake replacements, tyre upgrades) that align with customer needs .

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably within a specialist European/Independent workshop or premium dealership .
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic processes for German makes (BMW, Audi, VW, Mercedes, Porsche).
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive customer concerns with empathy .
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with computers and service management software .
• Presentation: Professional presentation and demeanour consistent with a premium brand .
• Driver's License: Valid, clean driver’s license.
