Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in management consulting with a lead role.
• Proven expertise in business process analysis, re-engineering, and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Experience leading project teams and managing complex client engagements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Superior communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business transformation projects, overseeing all phases from assessment and design to implementation and stabilization.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design optimized solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems by employees.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring successful delivery within defined parameters.
