Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting focused on organizational transformation or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Hybrid work model with some on-site work in Limpopo and client locations.
