Placements24 leads a distinguished management consultancy seeking a Lead Consultant in Durban to drive business process optimization. You will spearhead diagnostic assessments, design optimized processes, and mentor teams across engagements, delivering measurable improvements for diverse client organizations.

The role emphasizes leadership, change management, and the application of Lean/Six Sigma principles to achieve tangible results and lasting impact on client operations and performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field such as MBA, operations management or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years in business process analysis, re-engineering and optimization, preferably in consulting.
• Proven track record delivering complex process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments of client processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized processes using best practices and innovative methods.
• Manage project scope, timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop process maps, models and documentation to support changes.
• Facilitate workshops and training for client teams on new processes.
• Analyze KPIs to measure impact and identify further improvement opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow internal expertise in process optimization.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to the firm’s expertise in business process optimization.
