Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Consultant in Durban to guide organizations through strategic and operational changes. You will leverage your expertise in change management, process optimization, and strategic planning to deliver measurable outcomes for diverse clients.

In this fully remote role, you will lead large-scale projects, advise on organizational design and technology adoption, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic consulting, or senior internal strategy roles.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2) and change management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, performance management, and operational efficiency techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale business transformation projects from assessment to implementation.
• Develop and deploy change management strategies to minimize disruption.
• Advise on organizational design, process improvements, and adoption of new technologies.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify drivers for improvement and strategic advantage.
