You will diagnose organizations, craft strategic roadmaps, and drive business redesigns, technology adoption, and effective change management with senior stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive management consulting experience focused on transformation, strategy, or operations.
• Proven success in leading large-scale transformation projects end-to-end.
• Deep knowledge of transformation methodologies, change management, and strategic frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of business transformation programs for clients.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify improvement areas.
• Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans for re-engineering, redesign, and technology adoption.
• Manage project teams to deliver initiatives on time and budget.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to build consensus and buy-in for change.
• Advise executives on strategic options and best practices for transformation.
• Develop and implement change management strategies for sustainable adoption.
• Monitor program performance and report key metrics.
