Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation to guide client organizations through major changes and drive performance improvements across the Pretoria region. You will design transformation roadmaps, lead process redesigns, and ensure successful implementation with senior stakeholders.

The role demands 5–8 years in management consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on business transformation and process improvement.
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and driving organizational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transitions.
• Work with clients to define strategic objectives and create roadmaps for business transformation.
• Conduct performance assessments and identify key areas for operational improvement.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations throughout engagements.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to build internal capabilities.
