Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years in telecommunications network operations and management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the telecommunications network, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee a team of network engineers, technicians, and support staff, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and best practices to enhance network efficiency and service quality.
• Manage network incidents and outages, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal customer impact.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, reporting on operational status and trends.
• Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for network infrastructure in East London area.
