Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to drive sales initiatives in the Tembisa, Gauteng region. You will lead by example, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic sales planning, with a focus on expanding our client portfolio and market presence.

The role requires a proven track record in direct sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to articulate value propositions to clients. A tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
