Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in residential property development with strong Eastern Cape experience.
• Proven land acquisition, project management, construction oversight, and sales/marketing.
• Knowledge of local planning regulations, building codes, and development processes.
• Strong financial modeling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and standard office apps.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Eastern Cape.
