About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing property development company, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Property Developer to lead residential development projects in the Vereeniging area. This senior role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire development lifecycle, from land acquisition and feasibility studies to design, construction, marketing, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prime development sites, securing necessary approvals, managing budgets, coordinating with various stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, local authorities), and ensuring the timely and profitable completion of projects. We are looking for a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering successful residential developments and a deep knowledge of the Vereeniging property market and construction industry. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
