You will manage budgets above R100 million, enforce safety, coordinate with clients and authorities, and drive environmentally responsible construction. A Bachelor's degree is required; Master's or PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with at least 7 years in a senior role focusing on large-scale residential developments. Experience within the Eastern Cape is essential.
• Demonstrated success in managing project budgets exceeding R100 million and delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget.
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, building codes, and South African construction law.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and construction management platforms.
