Qualifications

• 7–9 years of progressive industrial engineering experience with a focus on operations excellence.
• Proven track record implementing continuous improvement initiatives in complex environments.
• Expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization software.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and remote leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize complex operational processes within digital platforms and industrial applications, identifying key areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for achieving operational excellence using lean and Six Sigma.
• Design and model efficient workflows, system architectures, and user experiences for industrial software solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, predict outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead virtual teams and collaborate with stakeholders to drive project completion and goals.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows and SOPs.
• Research and advocate for new technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in remote teams.
