Job summary
Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Process Engineer to optimize production lines, boost throughput, and uphold quality across operations. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process solutions to increase throughput and reduce waste.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor process performance and identify trends.
- Design and conduct DoE experiments to test new parameters.
- Develop SOPs and work instructions for new processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers on process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated on industrial engineering best practices.
