Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a focus on strategic operational improvement.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred) and simulation modeling.
• Ability to lead projects autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex operational challenges.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for critical engineering projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams toward achieving operational goals.
