Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering focusing on process optimization.
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent virtual communication and leadership for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of large-scale operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and champion Lean and Six Sigma initiatives remotely.
• Design, simulate, and document optimized processes and factory layouts for local teams to implement.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to plant-level engineering and operations staff via virtual platforms.
• Oversee major process improvement projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement performance tracking systems for continuous monitoring.
