With 10+ years in luxury hotel operations, you will shape strategy, oversee budgeting, and implement best practices across properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hotel operations management, with luxury/boutique focus.
• Proven multi-property or large-scale hotel operation experience.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Remote work experience managing teams and projects.
• Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational direction to a portfolio of boutique hotels.
• Develop and implement best practices across guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Monitor occupancy, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction; implement corrective actions.
• Oversee budget development and financial performance for properties to ensure profitability.
• Support General Managers with team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance guest experiences and service excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop revenue-generating strategies.
• Conduct remote property assessments and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
