Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures for remote teams and dispersed hospitality services.
• Monitor KPIs across all operational areas, identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize technology and digital tools to manage and coordinate remote teams, ensuring clear communication and task delegation.
• Oversee the budget for operational expenses, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met.
• Conduct regular remote performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members across different locations.
