Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event planning with a strong portfolio.
• Experience managing complex projects and budgets remotely.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique experiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end event planning process from concept to post-event review.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop creative themes, agendas, and logistical plans.
